Random Dream Limited makes every effort to behave in a socially responsible and ethical manner. Our Terms and Conditions do not allow anyone under the age of 18 to participate and we have procedures and controls in place to help prevent underage participation.
Entering prize competitions involves discretionary spending, so you should always remember the following:
- Don’t think of prize competitions as a way to make money.
- Only enter competitions with money you can afford to lose.
- Set a spending limit in advance.
- Never chase your losses.
- Don’t enter competitions when you’re feeling depressed or upset.
- Balance your participation with other activities.

Spending controls and account suspension/closure
We offer tools to assist you in controlling your spending, including the following options:
- Set monthly spend limits for your account;
- Pause your spending for a period of time that you decide;
- Suspend your account for a minimum period of 6 months up to a maximum of 5 years; or
- Close your account.
Monthly spend limits and account pauses can be set in the Responsible Play section of your account settings.
If you wish to suspend or close your account, you can contact us by email at [email protected]. Please provide your full name, date of birth and registered email address when contacting us for data protection purposes.
If you choose to suspend your account, you will not be able to access your account or purchase entries for the minimum period of 6 months, or for the duration of your chosen suspension period if longer. Your account suspension will automatically end once the suspension period has expired, unless you contact us to extend it. During the suspension period, you will not receive any marketing communications from us.
If you choose to close your account, your access to your account will end. If you wish to reactivate your account in the future, you will need to contact us.
